Terms

A quote is an offer to do work at a stated price. Nothing is committed on either side until you accept it in writing and we confirm it.

Quotes hold for thirty days. After that, materials and freight have usually moved and we will requote rather than honour a stale number.

Custom work starts once you approve a sample or a proof. From that point the order cannot be cancelled, because the piece is being made to your artwork and has no other buyer.

Colour is matched to Pantone at production. Printed colour on vinyl and fabric varies slightly between materials and between runs; we will tell you where that variance sits before you approve.

You keep every right in the logos, designs and files you send us. We use them to make and quote your order, and for nothing else.

We may show finished work in our portfolio. Tell us not to and we will not.

Renders from Sand Castle Studio are concept visuals. They are not production artwork, not a colour proof, and not a promise that a shape can be manufactured as drawn.

Our design team produces the real manufacturing files once a project starts.

We describe what we supply and what your operator must verify. Where a product is specified against a standard, that means it was built to that specification, not that we have certified it on your site.

Anchoring, wind limits, inspection and operating rules are the responsibility of the venue. We supply the data you need to make those decisions.

Every noodle ships with a card giving five months of Thunder VIP. It activates when scanned, once, and has no cash value.

Thunder is a separate app with its own terms. We cannot restore a card that was lost or already used.

We are responsible for the work we do. We are not responsible for what a product is used for after it leaves us, or for losses beyond the value of the order.

Nothing here removes rights the law gives you and that cannot be waived.
